AI visibility
Paz tracks the shopping questions your buyers ask and checks whether your products appear in the answers. Where a competitor is cited and you are not, it finds the product fact that would answer the question and drafts the change for your approval.
Output: A product change waiting for your approval, such as a Q&A or missing attribute, drafted from your product information and tied to the shopping question it addresses.

Example: answering the question shoppers ask
A routine tracking questions from your shoppers finds that “Does this dress have pockets?” is answered for two competitors and not for you. Your PDP and reviews mention pockets; your product record does not say so anywhere.
- Buyer and priority
- Bridesmaid shoppers; the satin collection is this season’s promotion priority.
- Question tracked
- “Does this dress have pockets?”
- Source information
- PDP copy and three verified reviews describe two hidden side-seam pockets.
- Proposed Q&A
- “Does this dress have pockets? Yes, two hidden side-seam pockets.”
- Publishing
- Written to the product record in Shopify and to GMC as a product Q&A, after your approval.
- Next check
- The same question, on the next run, to see whether the answer now includes you.
When the cause is not product information, Paz says so. Example: a priority product is missing from AI shopping answers, but your ERP shows it is out of stock; Paz parks the Q&A work and flags the stock-out instead.
Initially, Paz assesses your AI landscape
Before any use case runs, Paz maps which AI answers already cite your site, which pages they cite, and how shopper interest in your categories moves over time. That is the baseline every later check is measured against.

Scores come from the tracked answers at the last check; each question is tied to the shopper persona it came from.
Common questions
Which AI assistants does Paz check?
ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity, with others added as shoppers adopt them. Each tracked question records which of them include your products and which cite a competitor instead.
Who writes the shopping questions?
Paz proposes them from your buyers, priority products and the questions competitors already answer. Your team approves the list and can add or remove questions at any time.
Does Paz change the AI answer directly?
No. Paz changes your product information, in Shopify and GMC, so the answer has a fact to cite. The next run shows whether the answer now includes you.
