  3. Audit attribute depth. Count the structured attributes on each page. Fewer than 15 is a meaningful gap. Aim for 25 to 30, including use cases, allergens, fit notes, certifications, compatible accessories, sizing.
  4. Run the same SKUs through an AI shopping assistant directly. Note where you appear as a product card, where you are mentioned by name, and where a competitor wins. The card-vs-mention gap is the easiest gap to fix because it usually traces to missing feed data.
